You can change your vehicle's registration number from the My Bookings section on the Baleària Canarias website, as long as you do not change the make or model of the vehicle and you have not yet completed any of the journeys in the booking.
When can I modify the registration number?
You can modify it at any time before the departure of the first journey of the booking.
Once any of the journeys have been completed, it will no longer be possible to change the registration number from My Bookings.
Is there a cost to change the registration number?
No. Changing the registration number has no additional cost if you only modify the registration number and keep the same make and model of the vehicle.
When can I not do it online?
You will not be able to manage the change autonomously if:
- The vehicle make changes.
- The vehicle model changes.
- You have already completed any of the journeys in the booking.
What happens if the vehicle also changes?
If the change involves modifying the make or model, a re-pricing of the booking may occur. In that case, you should contact Baleària Canarias to manage the modification.
Important before boarding
Before going to the port, check that the vehicle registration number matches the one indicated in your booking. If the details do not match, boarding cannot be guaranteed.
