Can I correct the email address?
Yes. If the error is minor, for example a wrong letter or number, we can help you correct it.
For privacy and data protection reasons, if the change involves a completely different email address, we recommend managing it directly from My reservations.
Why can't I easily change any email address?
Bookings contain sensitive personal information. For this reason, Baleària Canarias protects your data and may limit certain changes to guarantee the security of the information.
