If you need a travel certificate with Baleària Canarias, you can request it online. The process depends on whether you are a member of Baleària Club or not.
If you are a member of Baleària Club
If you are part of Baleària Club, you can download or send your travel certificate by email directly from your member panel.
To do this:
- Access your Baleària Club account.
- In the left side menu, select Travel certificate.
- Choose the corresponding trip.
- Download the certificate or send it by email.
If you are not a member of Baleària Club
If you are not a member, you can request the certificate through the customer service form.
Follow these steps:
- Select the type of customer: Individual, Agency or Company.
- In the reason for the request, select My bookings.
- Choose the option Request a travel certificate.
- Complete the form with your personal details, booking details and your inquiry.
What information do I need?
To speed up the request, we recommend having the following at hand:
- Booking reference.
- Passenger's full name.
- Date of travel.
- Route travelled.
- Contact email.
Important
If you are a member of Baleària Club, the fastest way to obtain the certificate is from your private area. If you are not a member, the customer service team will review your request and contact you.
