Self-management of your ferry booking

From the My bookings section on the Baleària Canarias website, you can manage your ferry booking conveniently, online, and at no extra cost.

This option allows you to make changes to your trip from anywhere and at any time, as long as the fare and the conditions of your booking allow it.

Where can I manage my booking?

You can access the self-management panel from the My bookings section on the website.

Once inside, click the Changes button and select the management option you want to carry out from the dropdown menu.

What can I modify from My bookings?

Contact details

You can change the email address and phone number associated with the booking.

Date or time of the trip

You can change the date of the trip or modify the departure time, provided there is availability.

If the new ticket has a higher price, you will need to pay the difference. If you used a promotional code, it will not apply to the price difference.

Passenger details

You can modify some personal details of the passengers, change the accommodation, or add special assistance, such as for passengers with reduced mobility, pregnancy, or other needs.

Pets

You can add pets to your booking, provided there is availability on the ship and the selected route.

Vehicle

You can modify some vehicle details or add one if you had not previously included it in the booking.

Extra services

You can add additional services to your trip, such as meals on board or other available extras.

Important before making changes

  • Changes are subject to availability.
  • Some fares or promotions may have restrictions.
  • If the change increases the ticket price, you must pay the difference.
  • Always check the conditions of your booking before confirming any modification.
