How to Set the Return Date?
To select your return date, you must make a request through the contact form:
- Access the form and select the Contact Center option.
- In the query field, choose Manage a booking.
- In the “Specify further” section, select Change date / journey.
Once the request is sent, the customer service team will manage your request and follow up until your new travel date is confirmed.
Ticket Validity
The open ticket is valid for up to 12 months from its issue. After this period, the ticket will no longer be valid if it has not been used.
Are There Cancellation Fees?
Cancellation of an open ticket has no penalty, although it may be subject to the general conditions of the fare at the time of purchase.
