Where is the resident discount applied?
To comply with current regulations, the resident discount is indicated and applied at the last step of the purchase, together with the personal details of each passenger.
During the previous stages of the purchase process, the price shown does not yet include the resident discount.
Why does the price change at the end of the purchase?
The price you initially see corresponds to the fare without the discount. Once the resident discount is applied, you will see the updated final amount.
Please note that the discount does not always correspond exactly to 75%, as it is only applied to the ticket price.
Other items are not discounted, such as:

- Additional services (menus, WiFi, insurance, etc.)

How do I prove my resident status?
Resident status is validated, whenever possible, through the telematic system during the purchase process.
Nevertheless, it is recommended to carry a valid residence certificate during the trip, in case it needs to be presented at embarkation.
If residence cannot be validated automatically
If telematic verification is not possible, you must present:
- A valid residence certificate.
- The identity document shown on that certificate.
Important before travelling
Make sure to enter your details correctly during purchase and to carry the necessary valid documentation. If you cannot prove your resident status, the discount may not be applied.
