If your ticket was purchased with Armas Trasmediterránea before the integration and you have already used one of the journeys, you can request the cancellation of the remaining journey.
In that case, the conditions of your fare will be reviewed to check if a refund is allowed.
If the fare allows it, a proportional refund corresponding to the unused journey can be processed.
Can a partial refund be received if I have only used part of the trip?
Yes, it is possible to receive a partial refund.
If you have already used one of the journeys, you can request a refund for the unused journey. To do this:
- The conditions of your fare are reviewed
- It is checked if a proportional refund is allowed
- The amount corresponding to the pending journey is calculated
