The Pet Friendly Seat is an accommodation that allows you to travel with your pet throughout the journey, provided the service is available for the selected ship and route.
Which pets can travel in the Pet Friendly Seat?
Dogs, cats and other harmless domestic animals may travel, provided they meet the established weight, carrier and documentation conditions.
Only one pet per passenger is allowed in this accommodation.
Where does the pet travel?
The pet must always travel inside its carrier, placed on the passenger’s lap or at the feet of the seat.
Under no circumstances may the pet leave the carrier during the journey, except by express instruction of the crew in designated areas.
Carrier dimensions and weight
The carrier or bag suitable for transporting animals must comply with maximum dimensions of max. 50×40×25 cm
The total weight of the pet together with the carrier must not exceed 10 kg.
Additionally, the carrier must be secure, ventilated and have a system to contain and remove waste.
How to book the Pet Friendly Seat?
To travel in the Pet Friendly Seat, the pet must be included in the booking and appear on the passenger’s boarding card.
During the purchase process, select your journey and add the pet accommodation in the corresponding section, provided the service is available.
Is there an additional cost?
Yes. The Pet Friendly Seat accommodation may have an additional cost, which will depend on the route, the ship and availability.
Why does this option not appear when booking?
If you do not see the Pet Friendly Seat option during booking, it may be because the service is not available on the ship assigned to your journey or because there are no available places left.
