Currently, the transportation of pets is not allowed on the Ferry Bus services offered by Baleària Canarias on the following routes:
- From Santa Cruz de Tenerife to Los Cristianos
- From the Fundación Puerto de Las Palmas Office (Fundación Puertos Building, Av. de Los Consignatarios 21) to Nelson Mandela Dock (La Esfinge).
The use of the transfer service by pets is also not permitted on the following routes:
- From the Santa Cruz de Tenerife terminal to the Tenerife Cruise Terminal (on combined Cádiz - Las Palmas de Gran Canaria trips, via Santa Cruz de Tenerife on Saturdays)
- From Arrecife to Playa Blanca on the Cádiz - Corralejo routes.
