We offer four different types of accommodations for travelling with your pet:
Pet&You
Space enabled for your pet to travel beside you throughout the entire journey. It will have a mat placed next to your seat. You can choose between Pet&You and Pet&You XL, depending on the size of your pet and availability for your trip.
Pet friendly seat
Space enabled to travel accompanied by your pet throughout the entire journey. In this accommodation, the pet must remain inside its carrier for the entire trip, placed on the passenger’s lap or at their feet.
Calm Houses
Spaces adapted for the transport of your pet, protected and ventilated. Depending on the vessel, the Calm Houses may be located on the deck, in the garage or other areas designated for pets.
During the journey you can visit your pet at the times and under the conditions established by the crew. Additionally, on ships equipped with a video monitoring system, you can check how your pet is doing from your mobile device.
Pet friendly cabin
Cabins adapted so you can travel accompanied by your pet throughout the entire journey. This accommodation includes a bed for each pet and a water bowl.
After each trip a special cleaning and sanitising service is carried out. Also, depending on the journey, you may have schedules available to walk your pet in the designated areas of the ship.
