How to know if your booking is with Armas or Baleària Canarias?
If you made your booking before the integration of Armas Trasmediterránea, it is possible that it is still registered in the previous system.
The easiest way to identify this is by checking your booking reference:
- Baleària Canarias bookings: the reference usually combines letters and numbers.
- Old Armas bookings: the reference normally consists only of numbers.
