If your ticket was purchased with Armas Trasmediterránea, the amount you have already paid is not lost.
When making a change, that amount is taken into account to adjust the new ticket price:
- If the new amount is higher, you will only pay the difference
In this way, the adjustment is always made based on what you had already paid.
What happens if my change involves a refund?
If the change you request involves a refund, the corresponding reimbursement will be processed once the booking has been adjusted.
The amount to be refunded is calculated taking into account what you had already paid and the new conditions of the change.
Please note that the refund will be made according to the conditions of your fare.
