Baleària Canarias offers three accommodation options for travelling in greater comfort: VIP, PREMIUM and EXCLUSIVE LOUNGE. They differ in terms of the type of space, catering, priority when travelling with a vehicle, booking flexibility and the service included.
- VIP: individual seat in a shared, separate lounge, with a premium seat, snack and coffee or cold drink. It does not include a hot meal or refund.
- PREMIUM: superior seat located in a separate, shared VIP lounge. It includes the VIP services, a hot meal, priority boarding and disembarkation when travelling with a vehicle, changes (subject to possible repricing) and a refund.
- EXCLUSIVE LOUNGE: private space for the exclusive use of passengers on the same booking. It includes all PREMIUM services, a private exclusive lounge and dedicated onboard service, as well as changes and a refund.

Each passenger who will use the EXCLUSIVE LOUNGE must have this accommodation option included in their booking.
