Baleària Canarias offers three accommodation options for travelling in greater comfort: VIP, PREMIUM and EXCLUSIVE LOUNGE. They differ in terms of the type of space, catering, priority when travelling with a vehicle, the flexibility of the booking and the service included.
- VIP: individual seat in a differentiated shared lounge, with a premium seat, snack and coffee or cold drink. Does not include hot food or refunds.
- PREMIUM: superior seat located in a differentiated and shared VIP lounge. Includes VIP services, hot food, priority boarding and disembarkation when travelling with a vehicle, changes (subject to possible repricing) and refunds.
- EXCLUSIVE LOUNGE: private space for the exclusive use of passengers on the same booking. Includes all PREMIUM services, a private exclusive lounge and dedicated onboard service, as well as changes and refunds.

Each passenger who will use the EXCLUSIVE LOUNGE must have this accommodation option included in their booking.
