Travelling with a bicycle
If you travel with a bicycle, you must select it as a means of transport when purchasing your ticket.
During boarding, the crew will indicate where the bicycle should be located. It is not permitted to access the passenger area with it.
- Only one bicycle per person is allowed.
- The bicycle must be included in the booking.
- You must follow the crew's instructions during boarding.
Bicycle transported on the vehicle
If you carry the bicycle mounted on top of the vehicle, you must take into account the total height of the combination.
In this case, you must book the vehicle indicating its actual measurements with the bicycle included, as the height may affect the boarding conditions.

Non-electric scooters may be taken on board if folded and their dimensions allow them to be transported safely.
They must not obstruct passageways or disturb other passengers.
